Please Note According to the family of Danny O'Connell, his death was caused by a Coronary Occlusion suffered while driving his car. The car then went out of control and crashed. Newspaper accounts of the time never reported the actual cause of death. Our thanks to the O'Connell Family for helping to clear up this matter. |
