Daniel Kubczak

Mr. Kubczak passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Covenant Health Care.
Age 80 years.
The son of the late Joseph and Anna (Hornak) Kubczak was born April 26,
1927 in Bay City.
Daniel was a member of the American Legion Post #18 and the Loyal Order
of the Moose Lodge #169. He was retired from Dow Corning as a Lab Technician,
a minor league baseball pitcher and an avid golfer.
Mr. Kubczak is survived by one son, Kim (Margo) Kubczak, one grandson,Nathan
Kubczak, one brother; George (Rose) Kubczak, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law:
Frances Schmidt, Mary Lou and Wally Taylor, Joyce and
Ellis "Deac" Marvis, Louis John and Betty Schmidt, Nancy Nephew
and David and Marilyn Schram, many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents Daniel was also preceded in death by his wife,
Sally J. Kubczak and one brother, Robert Kubczak.
Funeral and Committal services will take place on Saturday, December 8,
2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home, Inc.. Officiating will
be the Rev. Carol M. Blair-Bouse with private entombment in St. Stanislaus
Mausoleum.
Friends may call at the Gephart Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00
p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. and until the time of services. Memorial
cards for the American Heart Association will be available at the funeral
home.
