Family-Placed Obituary
HOGUE, Calvin G. Age 77,
of Centerville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 5, 2005,
at Kettering Memorial Hospital.
Preceded in death by parents Walter and Nora Hogue, and daughter Laurie
Hogue Cook in 1993.
Survived by wife Jackie Gilbert Hogue, daughters Melody (Jerry) Lindemuth
of Arcanum, and Belinda (Robert) Kenley of Washington Township, son
Michael (Karen) Hogue of West Chester, and six grandchildren and one
great-grandchild.
Calvin was a member of the Centerville congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
He attended Roosevelt High School, was a Pitcher for the Pittsburgh
Pirates Professional Baseball Team, retired from the plumbing trade,
and was active in the Washington Township Rec Center water aerobics
group.
A gathering of friends and family will be held to honor Calvin's memory
on Wednesday, August 10 from 5-7pm, at Tobias Funeral Home on Far Hills
in Centerville, followed by the memorial service at 7:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Dayton,
or the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society.
