LESLIE "BILL" FLEMING

Leslie "Bill" Fleming, age 92, a 40 year resident of Reno, passed away June 4th, 2006.

His career started as a pitcher for Califor nia's Coast league. He later played for the Boston Red Socks and then the Chicago Cubs.

Bill moved to Reno to manage US Mining Inc. that was based here.

He is survived by his children, Larry Fleming of Powder Springs, Georgia; Sheri Schnack of Honolulu, Hawaii; Dixie Fleming of Oroville, California and William Fleming; six grand children and one great-grandchild.

Services for immediate family will be at 11:00am Friday, June 9 at Mountain View Cemetery. There will be a gathering for friends and family at the 19 Hole, 1218 Golf Club Drive, with pu puu's and no host bar from 2 to 5:00 pm Friday, June 9.
