RALPH W. BEARD Age 73, of West Palm Beach, passed away February 10, 2003.

Ralph was a major league pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a policeman in Cincinnati and West Palm Beach. Ralph finished his career at Pratt-Whitney in security.

He enjoyed target shooting at the Gator Range with his friends.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois; daughter, Cindy (Severin) Swensen; granddaughter, Heather Swensen; brother, Andrew Beard; and the guys at the Gator Range.

At Ralph's request, there will be no services.
